Enjoy it! They have been running Season 1 of GG here in Canada since August 30 on the Women's Network (or W Network) and since September 12 on YTV. Make sure to preorder Season 2 of GG - it is released the first week of December! YAY!

Early "Gilmore Girls" is pretty damn good. I think I caught up with most of the episodes when the WB was running "Gilmore Girls: Beginings" reruns a few seasons back...if you like Dean, it's the season for you!

Speaking of which, I'm psyched for the season premiere tonight, and absolutely terrified that the writers will totally screw up the Lorelei and Luke romance. I understand the need for romantic conflict to create dramatic tension, and "interesting" story arcs, but frankly, I wouldn't mind just seeing them be a happy couple. For once!

Rain, I completely agree with you regarding the premiere tonight. I just cannot wait and I hope it plays out really well. I hate to see this show go the "Moonlighting" way.

I won't be posting about GG for a while; I'm sorry. I'm saving the first episode for my friend Lisa while she's in Africa. Hoping to watch it with the second ep next week.

I need more Gilmore Girls discussion threads to keep me alive.

The intro to last night's episode was so... so... Gilmore Girls-y. "You're red, you're delicious... Apple down! Apple down! Hold it everybody, apple down!"

I was not surprised to see that it was written and directed by Daniel Palladino. Rory and Lorelai watching the movie (I won't spoil it) at the end... perrrrrrfect. "Bring on the imperialistic condiments!" This is the Gilmore Girls I love.
