Um....wasn't football on last night instead of DH? Or maybe that was just my local affiliate screwing me?

Joe at December 13, 2004 08:52 AM

I fell asleep and didn't tivo the ep.
Did they show a preview for the next season of Survivor?

T and J at December 13, 2004 11:12 AM

it WAS on last night...and it was really really good.

my love for Bree grows by the minute - she's awesome - her delivery is fantastic.

i also loved Lynette, the Nanny thief. yay, Lynette.

and i'm finding Julie and Zack a little too creepy for my tastes. blech.

Ali at December 13, 2004 11:56 AM

I managed to watch the Simpsons, Arrested Development, Survivor, and Desperate Housewives and get to bed by 11:30. I love my TiVo!

I am really getting tired of the ridiculous weekly humiliation of Teri Hatcher's character. Really tired.

OK..this is a spoiler for anyone who hasn't seen the episode yet but WTF? Everytime you think you're getting a handle on what's happening, i.e. Baby Dana in the box, they come up with something like, yes she might have been killed but those were ADULT female bones in the box, not Baby Dana's. Huh? Wha? I freaking LOVE it. A show that always keeps you guessing.

The only thing missing was Mike the Plumber.

Beau at December 13, 2004 02:40 PM

Hello!

"The body of an adult female!" It wasn't a baby in the chest, after all. So where is Dana? Does Dana even exist? And who killed who? I'm so confused!

And when Rex asked what was in the container: "Your son's urine." Bree's delivery is so amazing.

And next week, Rex sleeps with someone. That's rather gender nonspecific, isn't it?

tim at December 13, 2004 02:45 PM

My take on the remains in the box was this. Remember the girl who was staying with Mike who made reference to her sister going missing? Well, if Dana was Zach's sister, then there has to be someone else - and that's who's in the trunk and why Mike is there - to find out what happened to her.

genevieve at December 13, 2004 02:58 PM

Oh Genevieve,
Good thinking. I like that. Maybe Mary Alice killed the sister because she was sleeping with Paul and that's whose bones they belong to. But then where is Baby Dana???

I liked Julie this episode because she wasn't playing the adult to Susan but the whole Zach thing is weird.

Beau at December 13, 2004 08:09 PM

I loved this Ep. Like a rapid fire slap to the face with all that happened in it. Who would have thought that Gabrielle would fess up? What did Carlos DO?! WHO'S IN THE CHEST?!?!?!

Regarding Mike the Plumber being AWOL...kinda sloppy, unfortunately. I mean, we all remember what was happening last time we saw him, right? Kinda a major plot point to not be mentioned AT ALL the next episode. But otherwise, GREAT!

Remy at December 14, 2004 07:19 AM

I love this show! So much fun to watch.

I was pleased to see that Susan could still be a friend to Gabriella at the end even though Susan was very angry about her affair with the yard boy.

So if that was an adult in the box, what happened to Dana? Who is Dana? Did she even exist? Obviously Zach has no actual recollection of what really happened that night...it seems like his parents fed him memories because he walked in on something he shouldn't have.

And I still don't understand why Paul broke up the pool and dug up that box to throw in a public river. Seems like it would have been much safer remaining under the pool. Telltale heart, I guess.

Maggie at December 14, 2004 08:07 AM

I assumed Paul dug up the chest from under the pool because the note said, "I know what you did. I'm going to tell." I figured he thought that whoever wrote the note was going to tell where the body was as well, so he needed to move it.

Did he have knowledge of the letter before he dug up the chest, though? Hmmmm....I'm second guessing myself now....

Hayley at December 14, 2004 11:42 AM

Of course too much CSI:Las Vegas is making any of them getting away with this seem highly unlikely. Luckily I have no problem turning off my reality-check monitor.

Beau at December 14, 2004 03:38 PM

I'm still watching, but...I don't think the writers have any idea where they are going with these storylines -- no resolutions only more and more "twists."

TimShady at December 17, 2004 07:24 AM

Regarding Zach and Dana

I'm more apt to believe that Dana was Zach's sister. Before Mrs. Huber got whacked, didn't she say something about her knowing what Mary Alice did to "that baby"?
