My god....Where can I download a copy of "The Rubble Man"? WHERE? WHERE??!!!!

I find it interesting that last week "the team can't possible function" with Toral, then this week they "can't possibly function" with Kristi. Those women are a mess. Poor Randall.

And I thought they were going to say they call Brian "the Rubble man" because he's pint sized just like Barney Rubble. No, it's because the back of his head and neck is a straight line? Ok.
I would love to hear The Rubble Man during the walk back to the suite every week.

Soosan at October 21, 2005 10:29 AM

I so agree... if the women won that reward it would have been a terrible result... the men were natural goofball rappers, awww yeaahhh BIZZLE

Jennifer was so, so lost. She really thought she did a great job which, when paired with the fact that she did the worst job ever, warrants immediate firing.

"Welcome to our presentation of the thing you love that we have mangled. We really fucked up this part, so we fudged it and I hope you don't notice. What's this called again? Nevermind, even though I see its name painted right in front of me, I'm not going to bother to read it because I like adding extra Ns. Did you know there are two Ns in my name? Yeah."

Kristi is a big baby but she did well in the boardroom and Jennifer really deserved to go.

Joey, you're exactly right. As soon as Kristi goes it'll be someone else's fault that they fail.

Poor Randal.

I had picked Brian from the very beginning to be the winner, not knowing anything about him. He hasn't made a peep on the season so far but I was unimpressed, particularly by his verbal diarrhea and the way he dealt with Marcus.

Maggie at October 21, 2005 01:45 PM

Jennifer's super highswept hair also warrents firing.

Soosan at October 21, 2005 02:03 PM

I just realized my last paragraph is a mess. What I meant to say is that to this point Brian had been completely under the radar which I took to be a good sign, but now that I've seen him in action I'm not impressed with him. I can't imagine him winning and I think I may change my main pick to Randall.

By the way...that red carpet that was so important for Jennifer to purchase that it required four people to stop what they were doing and go to the carpet store...did they even use it? Why does it take four people to purchase an itty bitty carpet? How many people does she recruit to change light bulbs?

Ok ok ok.... my love for TVGasm has risen exponentially.

Full fledged video clip of "the Rubble Man"

awww yeaaahhh trump trump trumpin it...

Soosan at October 22, 2005 08:39 PM

Jennifer M. should've gone. Flat-out. You don't waste valuable time buying carpet isn't even important, mispronounce the name of your client's movie, and expect to stay in the game. Yet, she did. Kristi's a total bitch, but she isn't the reason they lost. She shouldn't have been fired.

Jamison at October 23, 2005 01:49 AM

How much do I love TVGasm? So much.

Just for the record, I want to point out that we can't really say that Toral deserved to go, but Kristi didn't. Toral wasn't reponsible for the team's loss the week she went either, but everybody seemed gung-ho on the idea that she didn't "step up" and was bad for the team, therefore she "deserved" to be fired. Which I didn't quite buy. But if it was true for her, then it needs to be true for Kristi as well -- she was a catty, divisive influence who didn't take direction well, and was ripping the team apart from the top down. For better or worse, Jen at least seems to be a team player who doesn't bring much attitude to the table.

Having said this, I think it's stupid that the women keep putting Trump in a position where he has to fire the "squeaky wheel" every week. If they'd just stop scratching each other's eyes out and letting "clique and outcast" psychology dictate their every move, maybe the actual weakest players would be getting fired, instead of the ones who cause the least trouble.

Trump trump trumpin it...that is hilarious!! I could NOT stop laughing after I saw that and I had tivo-ed (or however you spell it) it and I rewound it like 700 times!! That is definitely my favorite episode. Kristi was not an asset to the team, BTW. She sucked at everything she did--I'm not saying that Jen did a good job (ZENTHURA!! lol) but she did considerably better than pissy Kristi (almost rhymes).
