Girl, I am so on the ball this morning.. you are writing this up as I comment I think.

When I saw the promos for "boardroom FIRST" I was thinking maybe he fires the whole damn team. Looks like I wasn't too far off.

Soosan at October 28, 2005 09:19 AM

I'm not even writing a recap. What more is there to say?

freakgirl at October 28, 2005 09:46 AM

um.. how about...

"Play Ball!"

(said in that umpire tone)

(back to work I suppose...)

Soosan at October 28, 2005 09:53 AM

That was just awesome!
I love how they all piled into one cab! Ha!

Sara at October 28, 2005 10:01 AM

I tried to give Jennifer M. the benefit of the doubt, but this week, she totally blew it. She deserved to go.

Somehow, I knew Josh wouldn't last long. All he was good for was complaining about his teammates. Not for leading.

James had a good idea that he completely bombed.

Mark probably just got caught in the crossfire.

Either way, it's all over.

In keeping with the baseball theme, Trump really hit a GRAND SLAM by sending four people home!

Jamison at October 28, 2005 10:22 AM

That was possibly the most glorious moment of reality TV I've ever seen.

Great screenshot!

Jane at October 28, 2005 10:22 AM

Four chances to guess who would get fired in the Apprentice game this week, and I STILL guessed wrong. D'ohhh!!!

GeekBoy at October 28, 2005 10:33 AM

Most uncomfortable cab ride EVER.

Kandis at October 28, 2005 11:16 AM

I wonder how long everyone will sit in the penthouse waiting for them to come back before they one's coming back.

freakgirl at October 28, 2005 11:20 AM

Was this Trumps way of equaling the sex ratio a little bit more in one bang? :D

Soosan at October 28, 2005 11:47 AM

Oops, also meant to add, on the TVGasm recap there is a great little picture from the boardroom.... a hilarious comparison to Cingular commercials. So perceptive!

Soosan at October 28, 2005 11:49 AM

I thought the same thing Freakgirl. There is nobody left to return to the penthouse.
Maybe they'll have Robin give them a quick buzz on the bat phone.
Though I just hope they let them wait it out all night long. Good times!

Daisylou2 at October 28, 2005 12:42 PM

Loved it! The way they all had to squish in the back of the cab yet. And not saying a word? Perfection.

Bye, bye, Project Manager Barbie! And the rest of you guys...duh. Just duh.

Greater Czarina at October 28, 2005 04:29 PM

GB, did you pick Markus??

i'm kind of sad to see mark go. i liked him. but i agree that they all deserved to be fired.

that cab ride was 80 kinds of awesome. especially when jennifer m. almost started cracking up. i'm betting they rounded that corner and josh went batshit crazy on everyone. best apprentice ever.

sar at October 28, 2005 07:04 PM

I think they should form a band now.

When Jen smiled at the camera in the cab, I'm sure it was just pagent reflexology. Camera=shit-eating grin.

I really want someone to tell Trump that ruddy people are not to wear pink. I know it's all strong and manly to wear pink now, but I suggest Trump try a cool-toned lavender or baby blue.

Maggie at October 28, 2005 08:00 PM

Oh, and what's up with Chewbecca in the scenes for next week?

GeekBoy at October 28, 2005 08:11 PM

Oh yeah - Chewbacca. I have to say that I laughed at that in the previews (Trump: "I can't understand a word you say!") but I'm sure it's just some ridiculous, over-the-top tie-in to the next Star Wars DVD.

Cheri at October 28, 2005 09:37 PM

omg!! he fired ALL four?!!! I saw that HE picked who would be there...and sent off Brian (exempt) and Marshawn (good work). I totally missed what happened after that (flipped away to watch CSI). Whooooo I'm sorry I missed that but somehow I knew when I heard that they LOST money for Dick's...UNDER?!! wow...

And THESE are the people that Trump picked to be ON the show!

FuzzDuckie at October 29, 2005 12:46 AM

Forgot to did they mix up the teams? did Trump assign? I know that previously TeamGoil picked Randall (the poor guy...)

FuzzDuckie at October 29, 2005 01:23 AM

Each PM got to toss over their three "least effective people" to the other team.

Alla gave away Jennifer, Rebecca, and Marshawn. Josh gave away Clay, Adam, and Markus.

freakgirl at October 29, 2005 09:24 AM

Can always rely on the Trumpster to leave us speechless - truly Best Apprentice Ever.

I do miss George though. I think I have a crush on him. I'll be glad to see him back, although Bill was great when he slammed Jenn with all those questions about why she wasn't able to live up to her bragging. ("I sold bats!") Hee!

otisburg at October 29, 2005 11:02 AM

Bill was also great when the camera focused on him right after Trump fired the four. He looked positively terrified, like he could be next. Trump fires four!? No one is safe! It was pretty funny.
